A part two-storey and part single-storey extension transformed a derelict three-bedroom property into a five-bedroom family home of approximately 158m².
The design added a home office, utility room, kitchen with pantry and three bathrooms. Extensive glazing increased daylight, while the external work remained sympathetic to the traditional host building.
