Site surveys

  • From £1000 +
  • May include Laser Measurement surveys and Topographical surveys (What are these?), CCTV Drainage surveys.

Householder Planning Application Fee

  • £206
  • Payable to the Local Council

Certificate of Lawful Development Fee

  • £103
  • This is applicable when your project falls under your Permitted Development Rights. More information here.

Building Control Plans Check and Inspection Fees

  • Between £900 – £1500 +

Structural Engineering Fees

  • From £600 – £3000 +
  • This will vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Party Wall Surveyor (if needed)

  • £200 notice, from £900 – £2,000 + (per award)
  • You will need to notify your neighbours of any relevant works being carried out under the Party Wall Act 1996. See here for further info.

Thames Water Build-Over (if needed)

  • From £343
  • Most residential applications will be for pipes up to 160mm diameter where the £343 applies. There will be an additional 4 hours of work for us to generate the design/manage the application on your behalf. Details on TWBO’s here.

Interior Design

Most of our clients recoup our fees and more with the savings they make buying from our trusted trade suppliers.

First client briefing meeting
Produce mood boards for interior inspiration (pdf document)
1x post mood board discussion (office/online)
Refine mood boards
Coloured key room elevations (include Design Intent drawings for joinery team)

Full pricing/ order list
As part of the full Interior Design package we would expect to include:
  • Tiling and floor finishes inc. setting out, sanitaryware, light fittings, switches/sockets, wall finishes, radiators, ironmongery, kitchen coordination – in liaison with supplier (kitchen showroom visits quoted separately where required).
Note: Open plan kitchen/dining/living spaces count as three rooms. We have included for the 4no. iterations/meetings as outlined above only. If further changes or meetings are required this will be charged at our hourly rate.

Source Package: £800 +VAT per room

 
We source and project manage the supply and delivery of all interior design items
We typically save our clients 5% – 15% through our trade/supplier relationships
*Note: As part of our fee we are paid commission by some of our suppliers.
 

Furnish Package: Price on request

 
We can also source all FFE (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) e.g. sofa, tables, rugs, paintings, sideboards etc.
 
 

Whole House Package: Price on request

 
A bespoke fee quote can be provided for a full house interior design project on request.
