Design Brief

The existing building was an unused, derelict and dark building consisting of 3,500sqft, which XP Property purchased and wanted to add 2,500sqft to the square footage to the existing building and provide semi-flexible office spaces for business.

A GDV of 28%!

Alongside providing more space, the developers and we wanted to give the offices a suitable amount of onsite parking and extra modern amenities, as seen below:

The projected profit for the client is £500,000, which is a GDV of 28%!
