The property developer for this project came to use to demolish the existing derelict 1970’s bungalow and create a spacious five-bedroom family home. This high-end home would include four bathrooms, a music room, a gym, a boot room, and we have designed an in-out driveway.
When working in a conservation area, the choice of materials is significantly to achieve planning permission. Materials for this home will be white rendered walls, an oak detailed porch, timber windows and a plain clay tiled roof.
