We applied for planning permission for a part two-storey, part single-storey extension, which we achieved in July 2021! The extensions would allow us to turn this three-bed derelict house into a fantastic five-bed family home. The increase in size will mean that the entire floor plan will be 158m2 / 1,700spft. Providing huge amounts of additional living space best suited for modern-day living.
This family home will include a home office, a utility room, a large kitchen with a pantry, and three bathrooms. From the exterior, the extensions will match the traditional architecture of the host building.
