Our design brief was for a side & rear extension, loft conversion and internal alterations.
The side and rear extension would also incorporate a new bedroom with a shower room.
Not your Typical Commercial Conversion Property Development
This stunning red brick building had come to its functional end as a police station. Our client wanted to transform this property into high-quality residential apartments. The scheme comprises two outbuildings that have been converted into stunning 2-bedroom homes split over two levels.
The large Velfac windows let in plenty of light, and the material palette of red brick, black timber surrounds with vertical timber Iroko cladding create a striking appearance.
This gated development is due to finish in 2020, with the remaining 7x apartments being completed within the main brick police station following various extensions and roof additions.
