A project split over two phases, with the first phase now complete which was a full refurbishment of the ground floor. The second phase will start in 2024, which will be the development of the existing basement and adding a glass box extension.

The clients came to us wanting to make changes to both the ground floor and the lower ground floor level. We decided to split this project into two phases – the first phase being a full refurbishment of the ground floor, and a light refurbishment of the lower ground floor, in order to make it comfortable for our clients to move into, before the second phase would start in 2024.
Phase 1 involved a full refurbishment of the ground floor including a new kitchen, new built in joinery pieces, full redecoration, and the addition of internal crittall to bring light into the main entrance hall.
Phase 2 will be a full redevelopment of the lower ground floor, where we will be fully tanking and insulating the basement, as well as adding a stunning glass box extension to the lower ground floor!
