Our clients wanted a Grand Design that would give them a head start on the property ladder in London, and as an Architectural Firm in London, we wanted to provide them with just that.
Planning Approved in October 2023, and started on site in December 2024.
Description
We’ve had lots of fun creating this unique new-build family home in the heart of SW London. Our clients wanted a Grand Design that would give them a head start on the property ladder in London, and as an Architectural Firm in London, we wanted to provide them with just that. The plot is a constrained corner piece of land that actually forms the parents’ property’s side garden. It’s very close to a local park and highly visible from it. The design takes its shape from the apex corner prevalent on the site, with geometric volumes emphasising its oblique nature.
The property is circa. 1500sqft and consists of:
– An open-plan kitchen/living/dining room
– A front and rear courtyard
– 3 spacious bedrooms
– 2 with en-suites
– A family bathroom
– Ground Floor WC
– Plenty of storage
