The existing building was in an incredibly rundown state and the flats were in an unusable condition. We extended and reconfigured the buildings to increase the size and functionality of the accommodation significantly and to provide best-in-class urban living units.

Working with our developer client, Leufroy, we designed and thought out every detail to add the maximum value to the property.

That space has been transformed into exceptional flats, each one unique, full of character and thoughtfully designed. Smart spatial planning, ample storage, and beautifully functional kitchens are at the heart of what we do, turning previously unremarkable units into truly special homes.
