Project Progress - Thame
The furniture is now in place at our development project in Thame! This is an office conversion into residential flats, with XP Property. As well as this, we’ve also got a planning application in to build additional houses in the car park.

The Project
XP Property purchased this 17,000 sq ft of office space, and we were appointed to help them convert it. The project is split between 5 phases.

Conversion into 9x apartments
