Norman Park Completion
We're Excited to Announce the Completion of Norman Park!
We’re delighted to share that our Norman Park project in Bromley is now complete. What was once a dated, compartmentalised 1960s house has been transformed into a bright, modern, energy-efficient family home designed around real day-to-day living. The brief was ambitious but clear: improve flow, increase natural light, upgrade performance, and create a calm, cohesive interior that connects beautifully to the garden. The result is a home that feels open, intuitive and effortless — where every space has purpose and the whole house works as one.
To mark completion, we filmed an in-depth walkthrough with our Managing Director, Ben, who shares the design thinking behind the transformation. As he explains, “everything was really boxed in” when the clients first approached us — tight rooms, poor circulation and little connection between spaces.
One of the most impactful changes, in his words, is felt immediately: “the biggest impact is right when you walk in.” By reorienting the staircase, widening internal openings and removing redundant doors, the layout now flows naturally from front to back. The kitchen has become a true heart of the home, relocated and reimagined as a bright, highly functional space with a waterfall breakfast bar, warm timber tones and durable, high-performance materials designed to withstand everyday family life.
Beneath the finishes, the house has been stripped back, insulated, upgraded with new glazing, improved heating and ventilation systems, and carefully detailed to ensure long-term comfort and efficiency.
We also partnered with HomeInspire to document the project in a dedicated feature and cinematic tour. Filmed in November 2025, the HomeInspire episode explores not only the aesthetic transformation but also the hidden technical upgrades — from insulation and MVHR ventilation to the subtle structural shifts that unlocked flow throughout the house.
The episode captures how the garden connection has been strengthened, how the lighting strategy transforms the mood from day to evening, and how the new loft conversion creates a serene retreat with rooflights, dressing room and en-suite. It’s a full-circle look at a renovation built for beauty and performance — and a home that will now support this family for years to come.
