This property has a long history with various uses. It was original two large residential houses, its been a care home, a home for asylum seekers and most recently two houses for private shared rental as houses of multiple occupancy.

Our brief was to maximise the potential of the site for sale to the private market.

To achieve this and give our property developer client options, we submitted two main planning applications. The first one was to revert them back to a pair of semi-detached properties, and then the second one was to convert the property to nine flats.
