We were appointed to design a luxury new build for local property developer Montrose Developments.
Details:
Close liaison with the Project Manager was required to ensure the deliverables were accurate and timely to ensure the client could meet his tight deadline and budget. Ascot and Virginia Water are very affluent areas of East Berkshire where large detached properties such as this are very sought after for excellent commuter links and leafy surroundings.
